Moen, a business unit of Fortune Brands Innovations, is looking for a strategic and growth‑oriented Marketing & Product Director with a proven ability to elevate Moen’s brand presence, accelerate category growth, and deliver customer‑driven product strategies across the LATAM region. Recognized for shaping long‑term commercial and portfolio strategies that strengthen Moen’s leadership in innovation, design, and reliability while enabling profitable expansion in highly competitive markets.

Expert at translating global brand direction into locally relevant strategies, leading regional product roadmaps, and orchestrating cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Global Marketing. Adept at identifying market opportunities, optimizing SKU portfolios, driving category development, and leading the launch of breakthrough products aligned with Moen’s innovation platforms and consumer insights.

Known for building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, specifiers, and channel partners to amplify Moen’s value proposition and enhance customer experience. Experienced in guiding high‑performing teams, improving commercial excellence, and implementing data‑driven marketing frameworks that maximize ROI and reinforce Moen’s premium positioning.

Change Leadership & Organizational Alignment

• Driving strategic transformation and aligning teams around new processes, product roadmaps, and commercial priorities.

Product Lifecycle Management

• Managing product roadmaps, launches, SKU optimization, and portfolio architecture.

Go‑to‑Market Strategy Development

• Coordinating sales, marketing, pricing, and supply chain to ensure successful market introductions.

Channel Strategy

• Deep understanding of LATAM distributors, wholesalers, home centers, e‑commerce, and project/specifier channels.

Marketing & Brand Excellence

• Brand strategy, category positioning, and regional brand adaptation
• Integrated marketing communications (digital, retail, trade, B2B, e‑commerce)

Commercial Excellence

• Improving forecasting, launch discipline, SKU rationalization, and margin optimization.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication

• Strong communication with senior leadership and global partners.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

People Leadership & Team Development

• Coaching high‑performing teams and elevating marketing and product capability in the region.

Decision‑Making & Problem Solving

• Using data, insights, and financial models to guide decisions.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business
• Desirable: Master’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, or Innovation

EXPERIENCE

• At least 12 years of experience in strategic marketing, product development and management
• 5–8 years in leadership or director-level roles and managing cross-functional teams
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in international environments
