Job Description

Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology. Our innovative, fully automatic camera solution enables sports teams to record matches and training sessions without a camera operator. We’re democratizing the world of sports by granting video analysis for teams on all levels—a privilege that used to be only for the few. The Opportunity

As our Marketing Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and cross-team initiatives, from initial scoping to launch and post-launch retrospectives. You will be the person who brings structure to complex projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting inputs, while still ensuring things are shipped on time.

You will coordinate the work across our three marketing teams: Owned Marketing, Performance Marketing, and the Creative Marketing Team. You will also partner closely with Product and Sales to align launches, initiatives, and campaigns. The role reports to Mathias Bak, the Marketing Director.


What You Will Do::
• Own campaign planning end-to-end, including scope, timelines, dependencies, roles, and milestones
• Turn loose inputs into clear project plans, then keep momentum until launch
• Run campaign kickoffs, stakeholder check-ins, and launch readiness, ensuring everyone knows what’s happening and when
• Build and maintain our campaign calendar and marketing planning rhythm across teams
• Create structure in Asana and Notion through clear project setup, status tracking, and decision logs
• Drive strong communication across stakeholders, including crisp updates, clear asks, and on-point presentations
• Partner with our data team to define key metrics, reporting standards, and success criteria for campaigns
• Set up retrospectives and turn learnings into improvements to how we plan, execute, and measure
• Champion a culture of curiosity, performance, and innovation across the marketing organisation


What You Could Bring::
• Experience planning and running marketing campaigns or cross-functional projects, either in-house or agency-side
• Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, prioritisation, and timeline ownership
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal, with confidence in presenting plans to diverse audiences
• An analytical mindset that turns insights into direction and helps teams make better decisions
• Comfort working with ambiguity, you can take an imperfect brief and turn it into a plan that ships
• Experience with Asana or similar tools, plus strong habits around documentation and follow-up
• A practical, hands-on approach: you take ownership, and you execute
