Marketing & Partnerships Operations Assistant

Functions and Responsibilities

1. Operational Marketing

You will provide direct support in executing the marketing plan, ensuring order, pace and quality:

Management and updating of content (website, use cases, landing pages, posts).
Management, maintenance, and organization of corporate documentation: presentations, sales materials, proposals, use cases, projects, and internal documentation.
Maintenance of the repository of projects, solutions, and corporate documentation.
Preparation and adaptation of materials: case studies, whitepapers, presentations, one-pagers.
Support in digital campaigns and newsletters.
Management of posts and editorial calendar planning.
Support in external (LinkedIn) and internal communications.
Assistance with the logistics of webinars and events (AWS + in-house).
Maintenance of the repository of projects, solutions and corporate documentation.
Monitoring metrics, reporting and dashboards.

2. Partnerships — Operational and Administrative Support

GALEO is an AWS Advanced Partner and also a Google Cloud partner, so we manage a growing volume of funds, certifications and documentation. We need rigor, organization and method.

Your daily tasks will include:

Preparation and upload of Fund Requests (BOX, MDF, POCs).
Organization and filing of evidence: screenshots, reports, technical documentation.
Continuous updating of repositories (Drive, NotebookLM, etc.).
Support in creating basic materials for Business Plans and milestone deliverables.
Document support for AWS competencies, certifications and audits.
Coordination with technical teams to gather key information.

It Will Be a Plus (not mandatory)

Basic knowledge of digital marketing or communication.
Interest in AWS, IoT, data or cloud.
Experience with Gemini, NotebookLM, Drive, light design tools (Figma/Canva), CMS or CRMs.
English (reading and writing).
