Marketing & Packaging Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
You have a strong design portfolio as well as extensive experience in creating visually compelling materials that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement? As a Marketing & Packaging Designer (m/f/d) at KoRo you will collaborate closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop assets that support our campaigns, enhance our brand presence and elevate our customer experience. In a nutshell: you will bring the brand to life! Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design & Development: Ideate and design high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing campaigns, newsletter templates, banners, flyers, and presentations, as well as support the development of packaging designs that align with our brand identity.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
• Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and various stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support overall marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Advertisement: Design engaging print and digital ads that effectively communicate our brand message and increase conversions.
• Data-Driven Design: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to refine designs based on performance data to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.

Your profile:
• You have 1–3 years of experience in various design projects – preferably within the food sector or related industries, ideally including experience in packaging design.
• Your English skills are excellent – German skills are a plus!
• You either live in Berlin or across Germany
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. After Effects and knowing motion design are big pluses.
• You are experienced with Figma.
• You are equipped with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• You are able to design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
• You are characterized by your ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Last but not least: you have good communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
