This role partners closely with Creative & Brand, Sales Operations, the GTM team, and agency partners.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Marketing Operations & HubSpot Ownership
Own HubSpot configuration, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle automation, and list governance
Build and maintain dashboards and attribution reporting for funnel and campaign performance
Partner with Sales Operations to manage the Sales & Marketing SLA and lead flow
Maintain compliance, documentation, and core marketing operations

Own end‑to‑end pre‑ and post‑launch QA (lists, links, suppression, UTMs, reporting)
Paid Media & ABM
Oversee Google Ads with agency partners, including budget pacing and performance reporting
Manage ABM execution; RollWorks or AdRoll experience required
LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus
Analytics & Reporting
Manage GA4 configuration and conversion tracking standards
Build recurring, actionable reports for leadership

5+ years in Marketing Operations or Digital Marketing with hands-on platform ownership; deep HubSpot experience as a system admin (workflows, lead scoring, attribution, reporting)
Proven strong GA4, Google Ads, and ABM experience (RollWorks, AdRoll, or similar); comfortable in WordPress without developer support
Sharp attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a genuine ownership mindset around data quality and hygiene
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
HubSpot certifications in Marketing Software, Reporting, Operations, or similar
