A Day in the Life

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations intern to support the day-to-day marketing systems using tools, that keep our marketing team running efficiently. In this role, you’ll assist the marketing operations manager to enable marketing campaigns, social media planning, marketing assets management delivering impact and measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone organized, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a modern marketing organization operates behind the scenes. You’ll get the chance to collaborate with experienced colleagues from the EMEA Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) team, and local marketing teams.

Internship details:

•    Start date: March / April 2026

•    Location: Lisbon

•    Duration: 12 months 

•    Work model: hybrid

•    Working time: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will receive remote guidance, training, and mentorship. Your daily responsibilities include supporting the localization of global marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating asset adaptations with design agencies, and overseeing related spend. You will manage and track projects in Workfront, collaborating with marketing, design, and media teams to ensure timely delivery. You will also support the management and publication of marketing assets in Adobe Experience Manager. As this role operates in a highly regulated environment, attention to detail, integrity, and compliance are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems & Tools:  The Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) Marketing Operations team uses a wide range of tools to run marketing projects and campaigns efficiently. In this role, your main mission will be to support the Marketing Operations Manager in setting up, optimizing, and reporting on marketing activities. You will work with various tools, including Adobe Workfront, Sprout Social, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Analytics, to ensure efficient execution and effective measurement of CRDN marketing operations.
• Marketing assets localization: Assist the Marketing Operations Manager in adapting global marketing assets for Europe, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines (e.g., scientific one-pagers, brochures, web pages, roll-up banners).
• Social media planning: Assist in publishing organic posts using Sprout Social and reporting performance.

Required knowledge and Skills:    

• Recently graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a scientific background with an additional advanced degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Fluency in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Would be a plus:

• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Workfront, Sprout, Adobe Experience Management, Adobe Analytics), with willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.

Pay: 1200€ gross monthly
