Marketing Operations Intern

At Neighbor, we’re building the world’s largest hyperlocal storage marketplace. As our Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll help scale one of Neighbor’s most important local growth channels: Google Maps. This role is highly execution-focused and will involve setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Maps pins at scale in partnership with Neighbor hosts.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Google Maps Pin Setup: Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create, publish, and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings
• Pin Quality & Compliance: Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, service areas, and business details
• Pin Optimization: Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, copy, categories, attributes, etc.)
• Operational Scaling: Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (rank, impressions, actions, calls, clicks) and report learnings to the Growth team

Qualifications:
• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
• Must be available to work full time throughout the summer in Lehi, UT
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
