The Role
The role plays a critical operation within the Zelus business. Owning and leading our key marketing operations and launch coordination protocols across the marketplace, this role will enable successful seasonal set up for our products, assets and partnerships.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure essential marketing collateral such as Product Imagery are provided for our external Partners, whilst ensuring the use of these materials is done so in accordance with a clearly communicated launch calendar with associated embargo dates.
The successful candidate will also work closely with our product, operations and legal teams to ensure highest standards are delivered in terms of marketplace readiness for launch
Who will you work with?
This role reports to the Sports Marketing and Operations Lead and will work and collaborate very closely across all functions – in particular the full Marketplace Team, Digital & eCommerce, Sports Marketing,
Product Management, Legal and Operations. You will also have frequent interaction with external parties such as external agencies, graphic designers, retail
partners and Nike.

What will you be responsible for?
MARKETPLACE LAUNCH COORDINATION
Leading the business approach across functions toward successful and impactful product launches. Both with Sports Marketing assets and the wider retail marketplace ensuring at all times the correct security and processes are followed internally and externally.
Responsible for the management and circulation of launch calendars and updates internally and externally.
Identification and tracking of launch specific styles and products
Ownership of our partner Embargo and keep it tight procedures
ASSET CREATION
Responsible for the product image creation across the business alongside external agencies, and management of those images within the respective systems for timely availability in line with launch moments.
Brief, manage, and deliver on-model photoshoots for new product launches and renewal of expired image rights
Brief and develop marketing assets for Marketplace channels, including catalogues, banners, and digital assets including translation and copywriting.
Management of our external Agency Partners and the associated Marketing Budgets aligned to all projects.
PRODUCT SAMPLE MANAGEMENT
Responsible for the timely ordering, coordination, and tracking of all sample requirements across Marketplace and Sports Marketing functions, plus Nike Brand for campaign shoots.
Manage the flow of these samples from order placement to delivery, including timely arrival at relevant Studios for Asset Creation to be completed on time and be the lead liaison
with those external studios and agency partners.
Effective and Confidential management of all product samples after use in shoots.
Skills and Experience
Excellent project management and proven project co-ordination skillset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Desirable
Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
Experience in copywriting and content creation.
Budget management experience.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
A passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports market.
