About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented AI-Driven Creative Content Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, refining, and optimizing visual and written content generated with the assistance of AI tools. This role blends creativity with technical proficiency, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content for diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage AI-driven tools to generate creative content, including visuals, copy, and design assets.

• Edit, refine, and adapt AI-generated content to meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business objectives.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends to continuously improve content workflows.

• Create and maintain templates, guidelines, and standards for AI-assisted creative processes.

• Ensure all content is optimized for various channels (digital, social, web, print, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, or creative roles.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (e.g., MidJourney, ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.).

• Strong proficiency with design and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt content to different tones and audiences.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

• You will be working 5 days a week.

• Working hours will be Eastern Time and is subject to change due to business needs.
