Marketing Operations Administrator

The Marketing Operations Administrator is responsible for the overall coordination, direction, and implementation of a wide range of marketing projects. The Marketing Operations Administrator will create project plans and schedules and then actively drive and coordinate progress throughout the project lifecycle. The Marketing Operations Administrator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of internal team members, along with potential vendors and contractors.  Comfort with marketing projects is a must and a broad background in marketing is highly beneficial.  Demonstrated experience using project management and planning tools is critical, experience with Asana highly beneficial.  To succeed in this role the Marketing Operations Administrator must have a high-level of drive, initiative, proactivity, and the ability to create structure and standardize processes in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.  Must be able to create, maintain, and enhance project schedules, drive to clearly defined deliverables, and hold project team members accountable.  The Marketing Operations Administrator must be highly detail oriented and be able and willing to learn new systems such as Asana, Microsoft Office/Lists/Dynamics 365, Power BI, etc. This is a REMOTE position!

• Identifying ways to streamline project management on both micro and macro scales

Responsibilities

• Define and evaluate obstacles and plans effective solutions
• Define the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact to senior management
• Develop and revise project deliverables and maintain project documentation
• Establish project stakeholders (RACI), goals, objectives, tasks, timelines, project plans, and budgets and effectively manage, track, and communicate them to all relevant stakeholders
• Manage Marketing contact data changes based upon campaign efforts
• Manage other full-time project staff, contractors, and vendors toward successful project completion, as needed
• Marketing inbox traffic management
• Responsible for providing analytical support for marketing projects, including Asana Task review via notifications to team management should concerns arise (Ex: overdue tasks)
• Meeting scheduling & management via Outlook
• Recommend and implement improvements in project deliverables
• Team reporting management & support

• Full English proficiency required
• 3+ years managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong marketing project management experience
• Vendor management experience
• Strong experience eliciting, articulating, and clearly documenting requirements
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana)
• Experience with agile approaches to project and demand management
• Degree in management of information system or marketing preferred
• Preferred certifications Project Management (e.g. PMP)
• Services industry experience a plus
• Consulting experience also a plus but not required
