We are looking for a Marketing Officer to join our team in the Athens office on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Support the setup, launch and day-to-day running of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels, including Google Ads, social media, native advertising, email marketing and website, with particular focus on auctions-related activity.
Identify and test target audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve lead quality and CPL.
Carry out ongoing competitor research to support optimization of keywords, ad headlines and creatives.
Build and maintain monitoring and reporting dashboards, and present KPIs and performance insights in a clear and actionable way.
Support and execute organic social media presence, including content creation, posting, and community management.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters, from setup to performance tracking.
Write, optimize, and publish blog content on the website to support SEO and drive organic traffic.
Support updates to website content, landing pages and campaign pages, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and aligned with campaign objectives.
Maintain the marketing calendar and track upcoming actions, deadlines, campaign launches and required follow-ups.
Support offline marketing initiatives, including open house events, real estate fairs, radio ads and outdoor advertising, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar hands-on role.
Practical experience in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and basic SEO principles.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio)
Experience using Canva or similar design tools, with the ability to create simple marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Strong understanding of creatives and brand guidelines, with the ability to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
Practical, organised and hands-on, with willingness to learn and take ownership of recurring tasks.
