Within the Business Line Secure Connected Edge (BL SCE) the Smart Analog Interfaces Product Line (PL SAI) is seeking a marketing professional to bring our analog product innovations to market that make NXP’s solutions secure edge solutions connected, aware and efficient, enabling the digital world to enrich everyday life.  We bring digital to life!

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will play a leading role in the Marketing Enablement Team of PL SAI, working very closely with the Product Managers, cross BL Marketing Managers, and Global Sales & Marketing teams, as well as the PL leadership to create compelling marketing collaterals to win in our targeted markets and customers globally. This role includes the following and more.:

• Capture and articulate product value propositions.
• Prepare New Product Introduction (NPI) collateral material for sales, distribution partners and customers
• Build successfully relationships with Product Lines to support NPI launch objectives.
• Ensure alignment of NXP corporate marketing and PL level marketing messages
• Manage and maintain marketing collaterals (product presentations, customer presentations, etc.)
• Coordinate internal training video production
• Collaborate with Marketing communications team to ensure alignment and content for key industry events.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing, technical publication and/or product support in the electronic industry (semiconductor knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills; very organized.
• Program Management skills.
• Experienced in providing technical trainings and customer presentations.  Responsible for creating NPI distribution material and supporting NPI launch communication.
• Proven track record of quickly learning new technologies.
• Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Technical background in semiconductor industry is a plus.
