Job Description

XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team of experts!

XS has received numerous awards such as the “Best Multi-Asset Broker - LATAM” from the UF Awards LATAM in Mexico 2024, the “Most Secure Broker” from the Oman Summit Smart Vision in Oman 2024 and the “Global Broker of the Year” from the Traders Fair Awards in Vietnam 2023.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a localized social media strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.

Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.

Create, localize, and schedule engaging, relevant, and informative content in both Thai and English.

Monitor social media channels for inquiries.

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality assets.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversions.

Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest optimizations.

Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all content adheres to financial regulations and internal standards.

Stay current with social media trends, competitor activity, and relevant market developments in Thailand.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the financial services.

Native-level Thai language skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).

Strong understanding of local social media platforms and user behavior in Thailand.

Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
