The role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for the Russian market.
The role reports directly to the Head of Sales Russia/CSI & Middle East and will be responsible for the execution of local marketing plans and alignment with HQ Marketing.

What will you do::
• Coordinate all marketing activities for the Russian market.

• Act as key contact with HQ Marketing and manage updates of catalogues and communication materials.

• Support product demos and activities with local Ambassadors and Master Chefs.

• Organize annual masterclasses and promotional events.

• Conduct market analysis, reporting and performance monitoring.

• Collaborate daily with the Technical Demonstrator across Gourmet (priority) and Foodservice/FM channels.

• Ensure brand consistency across all local initiatives.

Requirements::
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields.

Professional Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in comparable marketing roles (preferably as Marketing Manager).

• Experience in the food industry and strong knowledge of the Russian market.

• Ability to work across both Gourmet and Foodservice/FM channels.

Language Skills:

• Native Russian speaker.

• English level B2 or higher (mandatory).

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Behavioral Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Collaborative mindset and problem‑solving approach.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.

Location: Russia
Working hours: Full time, 9:00–18:00
Contract: Full‑time, on‑site
