Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead all related marketing activities, driving brand visibility, market engagement, and commercial growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic planning and execution across digital, PR, and sales enablement. Reporting to: MD & Group Senior Marketing Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Own and maintain the brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Drive awareness and demand through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Create and manage marketing materials for the website, newsletters, presentations, and corporate communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, manage press releases and announcements.
• Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and deliver regular reports.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology, telecom, or services sector.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing and demand generation.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, marketing automation and reporting tools.
• Excellent strategic thinking, creativity and ability to transform insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
