Marketing Manager (Indonesia – Jakarta)
About Us
EPOS is a fast-growing AI-enabled digitalisation company building Southeast Asia's leading SME point-of-sale ecosystem. In Indonesia, we are focused on scaling merchant acquisition through a combination of high-value POS solutions and EPOS360 — our all-in-one app-based digitalisation platform designed for mass-market adoption.
The Role
The Marketing Manager, Indonesia will own the day-to-day execution of marketing in Jakarta. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, International, this role translates regional strategy into strong local execution — driving demand generation, supporting merchant acquisition, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered with discipline and commercial focus.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership. You will be expected to make decisions, drive execution, and hold the team accountable in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Day-to-Day Execution
• Own the day-to-day running of the Indonesia marketing function across performance, social media, content, design, and production
• Bridge regional strategy with local execution — ensuring the team is aligned, unblocked, and delivering
• Maintain a high standard of output and support team development
• Make independent decisions on execution, escalating only when necessary
Demand Generation & Campaign Management
• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to support merchant acquisition and revenue growth
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and local channels (e.g. TikTok, marketplaces)
• Drive CRM channels including EDM, WhatsApp campaigns, and lifecycle marketing
• Plan and execute offline initiatives such as merchant roadshows, workshops, and activations
Social Media & Content
• Oversee Indonesia’s social media direction, ensuring content is commercially driven and aligned with brand positioning
• Work closely with content teams to elevate messaging, storytelling, and relevance for local audiences
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure high-quality marketing assets
Performance & Reporting
• Own Indonesia marketing KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), merchant acquisition, and ROI
• Report performance regularly with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations
• Continuously identify gaps and inefficiencies in the funnel and implement improvements
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• 5–7 years of marketing experience, with exposure to team leadership or management
• Strong performance marketing foundation with hands-on experience managing campaigns
• Proven experience in demand generation across multiple channels (paid media, CRM, events)
• Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers
• Background in fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth startups is strongly preferred
• Strong commercial mindset — focused on driving measurable business outcomes
• High ownership, proactive, and comfortable making decisions independently
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Benefits:
