Your role::
As a Marketing Manager at Aesir Interactive, you will help shape how our games are presented to the world. You will translate the identity of our games and studio into clear and compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with players. 

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with developers, community managers, publishers, and external partners to understand each project and turn that understanding into impactful marketing initiatives.


Who are we looking for::
We are looking for someone who stays curious about modern marketing trends and player culture — from creator platforms like Twitch and YouTube to emerging digital channels — and who can think creatively about how to connect games with audiences. Your work will help ensure our campaigns are not only effective, but authentic to the games and communities we build.


Your Daily Work:
• Plan, execute and manage marketing strategies for game announcements, playtests, launches, and major updates. Across social media, creator platforms, digital distribution platforms, and paid media. 
• Collaborate closely with developers, community teams, publishers, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives accurately represent the game and its vision. 
• Build and manage relationships with content creators and influencers to support game visibility and campaign goals. 
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing assets including trailers, screenshots, store pages, and promotional content. 
• Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and player engagement to improve future marketing initiatives. 
• Research marketing trends, platforms, and player behaviors to identify new opportunities for game promotion and for new titles. 
• Align marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy and business objectives.


Your Profile::
• Experience in marketing, brand management, or publishing, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or digital media. 
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, or promotional initiatives. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including social media, creator platforms (Twitch, YouTube), and digital storefronts. 
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, community, and publishing. 
• Strong organizational and project management skills. 
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to inform marketing decisions. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with influencers, content creators, or creator marketing campaigns. 
• Familiarity with platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Epic Games Store, or Nintendo. 
• Experience with community engagement, player-focused marketing, or social media strategy. 
• Identify creative and unconventional marketing opportunities that help our games stand out in a competitive market.
