We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for CXO Programs based in Singapore. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, APJ, you'll be responsible for:

• Executing marketing initiatives to attract and engage C-level executives across the APJ region

• Managing key programs including Executive Briefing Tours and Regional CxO roundtables, alongside projects tied to the flagship event, Zenith Live

• Ensuring seamless logistics, attendee coordination, and vendor management for all programs

• Collaborating effectively with field marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver aligned execution

• Focusing on tracking metrics, driving impactful results, and demonstrating exceptional attention to detail with a customer-centric mindset

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 7+ years of APJ field marketing experience, successfully engaging enterprise and executive-level audiences, with hands-on MarTech proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)

• Proven ability to create and execute CxO-focused programs delivering measurable business outcomes

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging senior executives and cross-functional collaboration

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven experience executing executive-level initiatives, with a deep understanding of CxO decision-making in technology or cybersecurity

• Skilled in driving pipeline growth and customer advocacy for high-value accounts, leveraging analytical and data-driven approaches to scale executive-focused strategies effectively
