About The Role::
As our Marketing Manager, you are the driver behind our digital engine room. Your mission is to ensure that our marketing strategy is executed with technical excellence and visual perfection. You bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational reality.

You are responsible for the technical implementation of our automated customer journeys and the visual look & feel of the YAPEAL brand. By managing our marketing tech stack and creating engaging visual assets, you ensure that our automated funnels run smoothly, look professional, and deliver high-quality data for continuous optimization.

Expect a Day Full of::
• Implementation & Automation: Building the automated tracks designed by the Senior Marketing Manager. You work deep within the tools (CRM, email automation), create workflows, link data points, and test triggers to ensure error-free, fully automated segment processing.

• Website Excellence (SEO & UI): Maintaining the CMS and optimizing the website for maximum visibility. You ensure pixel-perfection, manage SEO updates, and implement tracking pixels and forms so that data flows cleanly into our automation.

• Visual Content Creation: Making technology visible by creating graphics that explain complex processes and designing assets for automated campaigns (whitepapers, mail headers, and one-pagers).

• Data & Reporting: Monitoring the performance of automated tracks and maintaining our Google Ads campaigns. You identify where leads drop off, provide regular reporting, and optimize based on data.

• Social Media & Event Support: Managing our LinkedIn presence (organic and campaigns) and ensuring our trade fair appearances shine both physically and digitally (e.g., digital lead capture flowing directly into your automation).

Who We’re Looking For::

• Strong Technical Understanding: You are comfortable with tools, data, and logic, understanding how CRM systems, CMS, and automation software work technically.

• Digital Craftsmanship: Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (ActiveCampaign, knowledge of Friendly is a plus) and CMS (Webflow).

• Graphic Talent: Ability to use Adobe CC (specifically Photoshop & InDesign for one-pagers and assets) or Figma, with a strong eye for modern B2B design.

• Structured Work Ethic: You work precisely and test thoroughly, knowing that small errors in automation can lead to large problems.

• Tech Curiosity: A desire to dive deep into fintech topics to constantly improve automation both in terms of content and technology.
