Project Summary
Lending One is looking for a Marketing Manager focused primarily on execution, coordination, and project management rather than strategy development. This role will act as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, external marketing agencies, and commercial teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
The Marketing Manager will oversee the operational side of marketing initiatives, including campaign coordination, demand generation support, and event logistics. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and excellent communication in English due to frequent interaction with leadership.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple external agencies, including PPC, paid digital, and website partners.
• Ensure marketing initiatives are organized, tracked, and delivered according to timelines and priorities.
• Support demand generation efforts that contribute to lead flow for the internal team.
• Collaborate with the team to help coordinate marketing-related event activities, including attendee lists and planning timelines.
• Maintain alignment between marketing activities and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and keep campaigns on schedule across different partners and initiatives.
Requirements:
• Experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or marketing project management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and external partners simultaneously.
• Experience working with marketing campaigns or demand generation initiatives.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with leadership.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
