Marketing Manager

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to join The Beauty Tech Group and play a defining role in launching and building ZIIP Skincare. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of an emerging brand – defining strategy, building brand identity and establishing ZIIP Skincare as a credible and desirable name in the premium skincare market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Contributing to pre-launch brand and marketing strategy for ZIIP Skincare, helping to define positioning, messaging and go-to-market approach.
• Leading end-to-end campaign execution for new product launches, from initial concept through to creative delivery and live activation.
• Developing brand messaging and campaign concepts informed by consumer insights, clinical credentials and market trends.
• Working closely with creative teams to develop compelling product and brand assets for both retail and online channels.
• Building and managing relationships with retail and online partners to support distribution and brand visibility.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with partnerships, social, performance and product teams to ensure a consistent, coherent brand voice.
• Tracking and analysing campaign performance, translating data into actionable recommendations to optimise results.
• Managing marketing budgets efficiently and prioritising spend for maximum impact at launch and beyond.
• Staying current with skincare trends, clinic-led beauty developments, and competitor activity to keep ZIIP Skincare's positioning sharp and relevant.

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

• 5+ years' experience in a brand marketing role, with a proven ability to build and grow brands from an early stage.
• Experience within skincare, beauty, or a closely related consumer category is essential; clinic-led skincare experience is a strong plus.
• Experience working across both retail and online channels is beneficial but not essential.
• A genuine self-starter mentality – comfortable operating with ambiguity and energised by the opportunity to build something from scratch.
• Ability to translate consumer and clinical insights into strong brand messaging and creative concepts.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally across marketing disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
