Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overarching brand strategy for the firm to maintain its position as a top-tier destination for Web3 founders.

Provide strategic marketing advisory to portfolio companies, assisting them with go-to-market strategies, narrative positioning, and launch execution.

Lead the creation of high-impact content, including research reports, investment theses, and thought leadership pieces for senior partners.

Oversee the firm’s digital presence across all major channels, ensuring a professional and forward-thinking institutional voice.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion spent in the crypto VC or Web3 startup ecosystem.

Proven track record of setting brand strategy and executing complex marketing campaigns in a high-stakes environment.
