Short Facts:
Join us at Flexa as our Marketing Lead and help shape the future of the energy transition through impactful B2B marketing. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to grow our brand, drive lead generation, and build campaigns that create measurable business impact.

• Location: Munich, Germany
• Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
• Salary Range: €75.000 - 90.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
• Working Mode: Office-first setup
• Language Requirement: C1 Level English and German


Your Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Lead you will work closely with seasoned professionals, collaborating directly with our leadership team to scale our business and increase our brand visibility. If you’re passionate about digital B2B marketing and the energy transition, this is your chance to make a real impact.

This includes:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, website, PR, events, etc.) to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Operations & Metrics:
Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns run on time and budget.
• Content for Campaigns & Social Media:
Collaborate with content creators to develop integrated campaigns (e.g., thought leadership articles, case studies, or webinar series).
• Social Media Planning:
Drive social media planning (especially LinkedIn), including post scheduling, copywriting, and campaign analysis.
• Event Marketing & Coordination:
Lead marketing around conferences, trade shows, and speaker engagements – from pre-event promotion to onsite materials and post-event follow-up.
• Public Relations:
Support PR activities such as press outreach, award submissions, and speaker placements in close collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
• Performance Marketing & Reporting:
Track key campaign metrics and help translate insights into recommendations.
• Reporting: 
• Create and maintain marketing reports and dashboards to share learnings with the wider team.


Your Profile:
Mandatory Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role –  ideally in tech or energy industries.

• You bring a good sense of design, messaging, and storytelling – and enjoy shaping content that’s both visually appealing and aligned with strategy.

• You understand what makes good B2B content work and are comfortable helping to create and coordinate formats like blog posts, LinkedIn content, or case studies.

• You are passionate about making a meaningful impact on the energy transition and eager to contribute to our mission at Flexa.

• You take ownership of your work end to end and consistently deliver results- You are oganised, focused, and able to stay clear-headed in fast-paced environments.

• You are a direct, empathetic, and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skill

• Fluent in English and German.

This Role may not be a fit for you if...

• You are only looking for strategic responsibilities
• You are not comfortable switching between different campaign formats (events, social media, webinars, PR) within the same week.
• You do not feel confident communicating fluently in both German and English.
• You are not curious to learn about the energy markets and sector or technical topics in general.
