Role Overview（業務概要）

Rapsodo is seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Japan team in Yokohama. This role will support day-to-day marketing activities in Japan while working closely with the colleagues in other locations.

Responsibilities (業務内容)

• Proofread, edit, and localize marketing content from English into Japanese, with careful attention to tone, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Support coordination of marketing materials and campaign execution with global teams, helping ensure smooth communication, timely follow-up, and alignment between local and international stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports for marketing campaigns
• Assist with communication and relationship management with local influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors in a professional manner.
• Supporting the Japan team at events, exhibitions, and activations
• Attending meetings with partners and assisting with coordination
• Contributing ideas for marketing campaigns across golf, baseball, and softball

Requirements:
• Native-level or near-native Japanese communication skills, with strong writing ability and confidence in proofreading, editing, and adapting content for local audiences.
• We welcome students in marketing, design, communications, or related fields who are interested in supporting the creation of locally relevant and visually engaging brand experiences.
• English (written & spoken): Business-level proficiency
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, especially in written communication
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment, with the ability to communicate clearly, respond thoughtfully, and manage details with care.
