Job Description
• Produce and curate weekly social media content (Instagram, Threads, TikTok) that highlights the intersection of AI, psychology, and modern dating.
• Plan, promote, and execute 1-2 high-impact events per semester, such as AI-powered mixers or educational workshops on relationship wellness.
• Drive platform sign-ups through personalized referral codes and creative "growth hacking" tactics tailored to your specific campus culture.
• Partner with ambassadors from other universities to launch large-scale regional marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Act as a visible brand representative, fostering a positive and empowered dating culture while providing on-campus support for app-related queries.
• Gather and synthesize student feedback and local market trends to help the product team refine features for the Hong Kong demographic.
• Track and report monthly metrics, including app download rates, event attendance, and engagement levels, directly to the leadership team.
Requirements
• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a target university for the duration of the 2026 academic year.
• Maintain a strong and active social media presence with a demonstrated ability to create engaging multimedia content.
• Possess an outgoing, charismatic personality with the confidence to network with student organizations and present to large groups.
• A genuine curiosity about how artificial intelligence and psychological frameworks can improve human compatibility and social wellness.
• Ability to work independently, manage a semester-based budget, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A team player who enjoys brainstorming with others and contributing to a shared goal of building a healthier dating ecosystem.
• Ability to dedicate approximately 5 hours per week, with flexibility to scale efforts during peak campus event seasons.
