Our client is looking for B2B marketing designer to support content and demand generation efforts for an enterprise-focused team.
This role is focused on execution and clarity, turning structured content into clean, high-quality visual assets across white papers, landing pages, and campaigns. This is not a product/UI role.
What You’ll Do
• Design white papers, guides, and long-form content (primary focus)
• Create landing page and email marketing assets (WordPress + HubSpot environment)
• Develop campaign visuals for LinkedIn and other channels
• Apply strong layout, hierarchy, and typography principles
• Work from existing briefs and content calendar
• Collaborate via Slack and iterate quickly based on feedback
What We’re Looking For
• 3-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing design
• Strong experience with white papers / long-form content
• Excellent layout, typography, and information hierarchy skills
• Experience designing marketing assets (landing pages, email, social)
• Ability to translate complex or technical content into clear visuals
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured workflows
Tools & Requirements (Important)
• Figma
• Adobe Suite
• InDesign (required)
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
Experience with:
• Landing page design (WordPress or similar)
• Email design (HubSpot or similar)
• Conversion-focused design (not just aesthetics)
Nice to Have:
• Experience with technical or enterprise content
• Familiarity with content marketing / demand generation
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams
Portfolio Requirement (Important)
Your portfolio must include:
• White papers or long-form documents
• Examples showing layout, structure, and readability
• At least 2-4 marketing asset (landing page, email, or campaign work)
