Job Description
About us:
VisioLab is AI-powered self-checkout for stadiums, arenas, university canteens, corporate campuses, and more. Founded in 2019 by Tim Niekamp and Iwo Gernemann, we're headquartered in Osnabrück with a US office in Boston. 400+ active systems, 3 continents, Series A closed. Our clients include teams from the NFL, NBA, MLS, and NHL.
Every year, millions of people move faster through food service venues because of what we build.
The role:
VisioLab sits at the crossroads of sports, hospitality, and technology. Our product lives in stadiums, arenas, and high-traffic venues - places where speed, experience, and scale actually matter. We need a Marketing Generalist who gets that world and can bridge the gap between our founders and the US market - someone who shows up at a trade show, makes sure everything is set before the first handshake, and still has the eye for a great story when the cameras are rolling.
This is not a narrow demand gen role. You'll touch everything - content, events, campaigns, case studies, and account-based outreach - with one goal: make VisioLab impossible to ignore in the US sports and hospitality market.
What you'll do:
• Coordinate and represent VisioLab at US industry events and trade shows - from prep to presence to follow-up
• Create and manage content that speaks to venue operators, F&B directors, and franchise decision-makers
• Conduct and coordinate case study interviews and turn customer stories into compelling marketing assets
• Run account-based marketing campaigns in close collaboration with Sales and the founders
• Work directly with the founding team to translate strategy into execution on the ground in the US
• Track performance across channels - you know what's working and you cut what isn't
What you'll bring:
• 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to sports, entertainment, hospitality, or venue-based industries
• Strong writing and storytelling instincts - you can make complex tech feel exciting and relevant to a US sports audience
• Hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels - events, content, email, paid, and account based marketing
• A natural feel for the US sports and hospitality market - you understand the culture, the buyers, and the language
• Fluent in modern marketing tools: HubSpot, automation, paid platforms, and analytics
• A bias for action - you ship fast, learn fast, and don't wait for permission
• Comfortable working as a bridge between a European HQ and a US team that's still being built
What We Can Offer You:
• Flat structure, direct access to the founding team
• High trust, low politics, fast decisions
• On-site in Boston. We're building the heartbeat of our US team and you should want to be part of it
• Visiting NFL, NBA, and NHL venues is part of the job
• Competitive salary
• HRA health coverage — we contribute toward your health insurance costs
• A product live in some of the world's most iconic venues and a story that's only getting bigger
