About the role
Aquablu is scaling fast across 16 European markets. We're looking for a Generalist Marketeer to orchestrate our marketing across direct and partner channels β with AI at the core of how you work.
This is not a specialist role. Not a "pick your lane" role.
You'll design and run integrated campaigns, own partner marketing across Europe, and use AI to move faster and hit harder. You sit at the intersection of product, sales, and leadership β connecting dots and making things happen.
What you'll own
β’ Partner marketing β across 16 European markets. Build positioning, messaging, and sales enablement per market and partner profile. Track activation and pipeline contribution
β’ Campaign orchestration β integrated, multi-channel programs combining content, creative, and distribution. Outcomes, not isolated tactics
β’ AI-powered execution β tools, workflows, agents. You use them yourself and train the team. This isn't optional β it's how we work
β’ Audience-first strategy β deep understanding of our ICPs (Facility Managers and Operations Leaders in Tech/SaaS and Law/Tax). Translate insights into positioning and GTM priorities
β’ Cross-functional leadership β connector between marketing, product, sales, and leadership. Keep everyone aligned on strategy and pipeline
β’ Stack & efficiency β build an AI-first marketing stack, own the budget with finance, and measure what matters
About you
Must-haves
β’ 5β8+ years in B2B and B2C startup marketing across multiple subfunctions
β’ Ο-shaped: depth in 1β2 areas, fluency across all major marketing functions
β’ Proven track record of cross-channel campaigns with measurable commercial impact
β’ Genuinely AI-native β hands-on with tools, agents, and workflows, and able to teach others
β’ Scrappy operator who thrives in ambiguity and rolls up their sleeves
β’ Experience launching products or entering new markets
β’ Based in/close to Amsterdam or willing to relocate
β’ Able to work 4 days on-site at our HQ in Amsterdam

β’ Partner or ecosystem marketing experience
β’ Signal-based or account-driven campaigns
β’ Multi-market European GTM experience
β’ Early-stage startup or scale-up background
