We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Spanish speaking Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive you will be instrumental in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth in Spanish-and/or Portuguese - speaking regions. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and collaborative spirit will be key to delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
English literacy is mandatory
Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
The successful candidate will be accountable for
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and inform strategy
Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize results
Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms
Event Management: Organize and coordinate marketing events in the Spanish speaking region, including trade shows, promotional activities, and local initiatives
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing resources
