KKday has curated more than 300,000 unique experiences and activities in over 92 countries and 550 cities around the world. KKday has also stepped into the field of SaaS service (Rezio) and new OMO system (KKday Marketplace) to build up the business ecosystem.
As a Executive in the PR & KOL Marketing department at KKday Hong Kong, your primary responsibility will be to secure projects and establish strong relationships with external parties, with a specific focus on Outbound PR. Leveraging media channels, blogs, Youtube and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network, you will drive revenue through effective communication and promotion. Candidates with a background in the travel industry and agencies are preferred due to the close collaboration with travel clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Acquisition and External Liaison
Proactively identify and secure PR projects to enhance the company’s visibility.
Establish and maintain relationships with external parties, including media outlets and influencers.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Plan and organize marketing and PR activities, including media tours, press events, and promotions
Outbound PR strategy
Develop and implement outbound PR strategies to promote KKday’s offerings.
Utilize media channels, blogs, Youtube, and KOL networks to maximize brand exposure.
Create engaging content that aligns with the company’s messaging and resonates with the target audience.
Revenue Generation
Drive revenue through effective PR campaigns and media partnerships.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure PR efforts contribute to overall business goals.
Monitor and report on the ROI of PR initiatives.
Close Collaboration with Travel and Lifestyle Clients
Leverage industry knowledge and contacts to foster close collaboration with travel clients.
Understand the unique needs of travel clients and tailor PR strategies accordingly.
Media Relations
Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals.
Act as a spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries and interviews.
Prepare press materials including write-up, edit press release, and interview scripts in consistency, good quality, and proper tone
Assist in any ad hoc duties and new project forms as required
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Communications / PR / Journalism / Marketing or related disciplines
2 years working experience in PR / media relations field; travel, lifestyle, and e-commerce industry preferred
Proven track record of successfully executing PR campaigns and securing media coverage
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with good communication skills, cheerful, outgoing, and talkative
Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Have a passion for travel
Less experience will be considered as a PR Executive
Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred
