We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
• Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates and SEO strategies.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Tools: Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp) and social media management platforms.
• Analytics: Proficient in analyzing marketing metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Bonus: Experience in the staffing, recruitment, or SaaS industries is a plus.
