Marketing Executive Intern - AI Agents (Healthcare)

100ms is building AI agents that automate complex patient access workflows in U.S. healthcare - starting with benefits verification, prior authorization, and referral intake in specialty pharmacy.

We help care teams reduce administrative burden so patients can start treatment faster. Our automation platform combines deep healthcare knowledge with LLM-based agents and robust operational infrastructure. You’ll join a specialized team focused on scaling healthcare automation through intelligent voice and data systems.

We are hiring a Marketing Executive Intern to join our core team and work on innovative, cutting-edge initiatives.

You’ll collaborate directly with founders, engineering, design, and product marketing to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for key healthcare product lines.

What Will You Do:
• Conduct market and industry research focused on U.S. healthcare, speciality pharmacy workflows, and AI automation trends.
• Research competitors, target customers, and buyer personas within healthcare, payers, providers, and pharmacy operations.
• Assist in creating marketing content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates related to AI agents and healthcare automation.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop presentations, sales collateral, and thought-leadership materials.
• Support website and campaign performance tracking by monitoring traffic, engagement, and key marketing metrics.
• Help manage and optimise the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for healthcare and B2B audiences.
• Assist with go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and other marketing projects as needed.

Who Can Apply:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Interest in AI, SaaS, healthcare technology, or U.S. healthcare systems is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing, SaaS, or healthcare marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace .
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, analytics, email marketing) is a plus.
• Curiosity about AI agents, healthcare workflows, and automation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
