The opportunity
We’re looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive to support Australia’s biggest fitness festival and market-leading food trade shows.
This is a hands-on execution role, working closely with the Group Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns, manage partner activity, and support exhibitor and visitor marketing across multiple channels. The role suits someone with early B2B or trade marketing experience who is confident in execution, comfortable working at pace, and keen to build deeper campaign ownership over time.
Core responsibilities
Email & SMS marketing
Build, schedule and deploy EP eDMs across the Food & Fitness portfolios
Manage SMS scheduling and deployment in line with campaign plans
Support list segmentation, hygiene and send accuracy
Partnerships & exhibitor marketing
Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, partners and sponsors
Manage and execute contracted sponsorship, exhibitor and partner marketing deliverables
Support and grow partner and exhibitor marketing activity across relevant channels
Manage speaker promotions in line with event priorities
Customer enquiries
Manage Food & Fitness marketing inboxes, including EP responses
Act as a primary point of contact for customer and external partner enquiries
Data & reporting
Clean, manage and maintain EP email marketing databases
Track and report on campaign performance and outcomes
Marketing operations & administration
Manage and maintain event listings across external platforms
Update marketing documents and templates
Create and maintain campaign and tracking files
Provide general marketing administration support to the portfolio team
Onsite event support
Support on-site marketing activity during live events as required
Assist with additional duties as directed by the Group Marketing Manager
About you
2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
Exposure to B2B, trade, or events marketing
Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
Confident written communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and timelines
Proactive, accountable and commercially aware
Development & progression
This role has scope to expand as capability and confidence grow, including increased ownership of campaigns and partner activity. Progression is based on demonstrated capability and sustained performance, not tenure alone.
