Job Description
At Smeetz, we help visitor attractions like theme parks, museums, and theaters grow their sales and revenue. Our AI-powered SaaS platform gives them the tools to manage, market, and price their products more effectively.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to rebuild and elevate our entire marketing function. You’ll be responsible for creating a consistent communication engine, shaping our messaging, and building the foundations of a scalable inbound system. This is a hybrid role that blends content creation, product marketing, and performance oversight.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead Smeetz’s overall marketing communication by producing clear and consistent content across the website, LinkedIn, product updates, and customer stories.
• Own all core messaging and copywriting, ensuring clarity and consistency across the website, campaigns, and sales materials.
• Oversee performance marketing activities run by external consultants, setting objectives, aligning messaging, and tracking ROI.
• Collaborate with the Go-To-Market Engineer to build the foundations of a scalable inbound engine, including content, lead flows, and basic automation.
• Support GTM teams (Sales, SDR, Product, CS) with aligned messaging, enablement materials, and customer or product storytelling.
• Establish a predictable marketing operating rhythm, including planning, publishing, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in SaaS marketing, ideally in a demand generation, content, or product marketing role.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with examples of past work across web, product, and communication assets.
• Experience creating structured content systems (calendars, workflows, cadences) and managing communication across multiple channels.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and how to manage or collaborate with external consultants/agencies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Product, and Customer Success.
• Ability to analyse marketing performance, interpret data, and present clear insights.
• Fluent in English and French or German(written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
Personal attributes:
• A builder mentality, comfortable creating clarity, structure, and processes in a fast-moving environment.
• A hands-on executor who enjoys writing, publishing, and producing high-quality marketing output weekly.
• A strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture and prioritise effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with multiple teams.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Highly organised, reliable, and motivated by measurable impact.
• Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
Benefits:
• Recognition of your successes through career growth, ownership opportunities, and an equity option package
• A supportive team environment that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and mutual respect
• A performance-driven culture that celebrates outcomes and innovation
• The chance to lead high-impact projects in a fast-scaling company
• A vibrant, inclusive workplace where your voice matters
• Flexible work hours and remote work options
