About the Role

As an Event Manager for EMEA, you will own the strategy, evaluation, and execution of enterprise-focused events that accelerate pipeline, drive brand awareness, and deepen engagement with key enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement field marketing and event strategies across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on key European markets

• Identify, plan, and execute high-impact events such us industry conferences, trade shows, and executive dinners that generate pipeline and elevate brand presence in the region

• Establish scalable event playbooks and processes to support regional growth from the ground up

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of event delivery, from venue sourcing and vendor coordination to on-site logistics

• Create event-specific marketing content and communications that reflect our brand and drive registrations

• Oversee budgets and timelines across a portfolio of events, ensuring consistent execution within scope

• Analyze event performance and gather stakeholder input to refine and improve future programs

• Be present on the ground at events throughout EMEA to ensure seamless delivery and a best-in-class experience

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination—ideally in B2B or tech

• Strong project management skills; you can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Exceptional budgeting and financial management capabilities with experience managing substantial field marketing budgets

• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate processes, streamline workflows, and scale event operations

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish Founder mindset: highly independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel across EMEA
