Role Summary
The Marketing & Events Coordinator will support the execution of EdgeUno’s marketing initiatives with a strong focus on events and field marketing across Latin America and the U.S. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, materials, and internal alignment to ensure successful participation in industry events and consistent execution of marketing activities.
This is an execution-focused position, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Events & Field Marketing Coordination
• Support planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Coordinate logistics such as vendors, materials, travel arrangements, and timelines
• Ensure readiness of all event-related assets and materials
• Assist with on-site or remote coordination when required
• Support post-event follow-ups and internal reporting
2. Marketing Execution & Coordination
• Support execution of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate timelines and communication between internal stakeholders
• Track deliverables and ensure timely execution of activities
3. Branding, Content & Materials Support
• Assist in the development of presentations, marketing materials, and event-related content
• Ensure consistency across materials and communications
• Support organization and updates of marketing assets
4. Sales Enablement Support
• Assist in preparing and organizing sales materials such as decks and one-pagers
• Ensure materials are updated and accessible for the commercial team
• Support alignment between marketing materials and ongoing initiatives
5. Digital & Campaign Support
• Assist in updating website content and supporting digital initiatives
• Support email campaigns and basic social media coordination
• Track basic metrics and assist with reporting
6. Internal & Partner Coordination
• Support coordination with internal teams and external vendors or partners
• Assist in co-marketing initiatives when applicable
• Maintain clear and organized communication across stakeholders
Requirements
• C1 English
• Mandatory experience within the wholesale telecom ecosystem (IP Transit, backbone, interconnection, carrier-to-carrier, or similar infrastructure models)
• Demonstrated experience positioning complex infrastructure products to ISPs, carriers, hyperscalers, CDNs, or OTTs
• Strong executive communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales leadership
