Marketing Events Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute end-to-end event logistics, including conferences, exhibits, and internal retreats
Manage vendor relationships, registrations, timelines, and deliverables for 1–2 events per month (remote coordination)
Support the sales team with marketing materials, requests, and campaign assets
Assist in preparing and distributing customer-facing communications, including release notes and updates
Handle ad hoc marketing initiatives, often within tight timelines
Ensure all deliverables are well-structured, polished, and aligned with brand standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to events or conference coordination
SAS experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Analytical and technically capable — comfortable working with data, tools, and structured workflows
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
