• Brand and Campaign Excellence: Lead development and execution of the brand’s creative platform across HCP and appropriate unbranded/education initiatives; ensure consistency across promotional channels and touchpoints.
• KPI and Performance Management: Define robust lead/lag KPIs with I&A; build agile performance readouts; drive ongoing optimization of channel mix, messaging, and creative based on insights and analytics.
• Agency Stewardship: Establish strong relationships with agency partners; set clear briefs and performance expectations; hold internal and external teams accountable for quality, timeliness, and budget discipline.
• Customer Insight and Segmentation: Build customer insight plans; translate research into compelling value propositions, segmentation, and targeted engagement strategies.
• Budget and Resource Management: Support budget planning and tracking for all tactics and workstreams; ensure efficient deployment that maximizes ROI and brand impact.
• Launch and Lifecycle Excellence: Drive U.S. in‑line execution and support new indication/asset introductions, ensuring launch readiness and post‑launch optimization.

• 4+ years of pharmaceutical in‑line HCP marketing experience in the U.S. and/or ex‑U.S.
• Proven track record of market execution with delivery against defined KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience leading launches and/or introducing new assets into key markets.
• Strong strategic thinking with a collaborative, cross‑functional working style.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior marketing experience in lung cancer, EGFR, and/or ADCs.
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical in‑line HCP marketing experience in the U.S. and/or ex‑U.S.
• Progressive experience across one or more: market access, brand marketing, sales, pricing, market research/analytics, or strategic planning.
• People leadership experience with a track record of developing talent and leading teams.
• Deep experience and demonstrated achievements in the U.S. Oncology market.
• Relevant post‑graduate degree
