About the role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and Engineering to turn ideas into clear, effective design that supports campaigns, strengthens our brand and improves the customer experience.

This role is perfect for someone who loves combining creativity with practical execution, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys owning the detail while thinking about the bigger picture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own and apply BoardPro’s visual identity across marketing channels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand experience

Design campaign and content assets across digital channels, including social, email, web and events

Partner with the Marketing team to bring campaigns and storytelling to life through simple, effective visual design

Work with the Website Developer to design and optimise pages, landing experiences and key conversion journeys

Support product launches and in-app communications with clear, on-brand visual assets

Maintain and evolve design systems, templates and asset libraries to improve consistency and efficiency

Collaborate across teams and provide guidance on visual quality and brand application
