You Are:

As a marketing designer at connecteam, you’ll be the creative force behind—well, almost everything. In this role, you won’t just execute briefs; you’ll shape how the world sees us. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the department to turn big ideas into reality, seamlessly switching between digital precision and physical impact. From high-converting landing pages to show-stopping conference booths and swag that people actually want to keep, this is your chance to leave your creative fingerprint on every single touchpoint of the brand.

Ownership & Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full charge of design projects, from the initial "why?" all the way to the final pixel (or print file). You own the process, the timeline, and the quality of the output.

• Visual Storytelling: Master the art of translation. You’ll take complex marketing messages and turn them into clean, compelling visual narratives that make people stop, look, and click.

• Design Without Borders: Move seamlessly between designing high-converting digital assets (landing pages, social, ads) to creating immersive physical experiences for our global conferences (booths, swag, and print collateral).

• Brand Guardianship: Be the keeper of the visual flame. You will ensure that whether it’s a sales deck, a recruitment post, or a massive billboard, the Connecteam brand remains consistent, premium, and unmistakable.

• Cross-Functional Impact: Don't just decorate, collaborate. Partner closely with Content, Events, HR, and Product Marketing to bring a design-first perspective to every project, elevating the work of the entire company.

Requirements:

• Degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design – Required

• 4+ years of experience in marketing design at a product company, startup, or agency – Required

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing work – Required

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma – Required

• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills – Required

• Motion design / After Effects skills / Ai tools – Advantage

• Experience in B2B or SaaS – Required

• Excellent English communication skills – Required
