Marketing Designer

Responsibilities:

Refresh, and upgrade branding for the company and individual products/lines.

Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, social media, banners).

Design website and landing page visuals.

Develop branding materials and ensure visual consistency.

Produce sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, brochures).

Design visuals for webinars, events, and PR activities.

Prepare assets for video production (storyboards, thumbnails, visual elements).

Adapt designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand standards.

Manage and organize design files, templates, and brand assets.

Work with stock assets and licensed materials in compliance with usage rights.

Requirements:

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to speed up creative workflows.

Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design (digital, web, presentations).

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator).

Experience designing for paid ads, social media, and landing pages.

Understanding of conversion-focused design and marketing funnels.

Ability to work with brand guidelines and create scalable design systems.

Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
