As part of Robert Bosch Morocco digital transformation strategy, this internship contributes to optimizing internal processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and exploring AI-based solutions.

This final-year internship (PFE) focuses on innovation, digitalization, and data-driven transformation projects.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
• Contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions aligned with business needs
• Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure data quality and usability
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to support KPI tracking, reporting, and decision-makin
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in close collaboration with the Data Manager
• Explore and apply AI agents to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, enhance data analysis, generate actionable insights and develop intelligent assistants or proof-of-concept solutions.
• Document developed solutions and methodologies, and contribute to the final internship report
• Present analyses, results, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders

EDUCATION

• Final-year student in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Information Systems, or a related field

SKILLS

• Strong interest in digital transformation and innovation
• Solid foundations in data analysis
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Familiarity with:
• SQL / Advanced Excel
• Python (a plus)
• AI / Machine Learning / AI Agents (basic knowledge or strong motivation to learn)
• Analytical mindset, autonomous, and proactive
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
