We are seeking a highly organized and data-savvy Data Project Coordinator to manage and streamline end-to-end data initiatives in a remote, fast-paced environment. This role acts as the central point of coordination across data, analytics, and business teams—ensuring that communication, documentation, and execution are always aligned and on track. You will translate complex data discussions into clear, actionable plans, maintain visibility across multiple projects, and ensure that every data request is tracked, prioritized, and delivered with accuracy. The ideal candidate combines strong data intuition with excellent communication skills, enabling them to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while driving accountability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize incoming data-related communications, ensuring timely responses and clear direction on requests
• Attend data and analytics meetings, capturing key insights and converting discussions into structured action items, timelines, and deliverables
• Track end-to-end progress of data projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders remain aligned
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including data requirements, analytics specifications, and project updates
• Review reports and outputs to ensure alignment with defined requirements and flag inconsistencies or anomalies
• Prepare pre-meeting briefs by gathering relevant context, stakeholder inputs, and data insights for informed discussions
• Act as a coordination hub between analysts, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless execution
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and proactively follow up to keep projects moving efficiently
• Support data-driven decision-making by ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility of all project-related information

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, executive assistance, or data-related roles
• Strong understanding of data concepts, reporting, and analytics workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data insights
• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to extract key insights from discussions and translate them into actionable outcomes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with high accountability
• Ability to anticipate project needs, identify risks, and take initiative to resolve issues
• Familiarity with data reporting, analysis, and documentation practices
