Reporting to the Head of Marketing at Transat Distribution Canada (TDC), the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating campaigns, marketing projects, and communication initiatives for the TDC network, ensuring the quality and consistency of all deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on various TDC marketing initiatives, from conception to execution, including calendar management, budgeting, and timelines.
• Create and schedule social media posts and boost campaigns using Meta Business Suite.
• Coordinate website updates, creation of new pages, and site optimizations.
• Create and customize Canva templates to support the needs of the marketing team and partners.
• Assist marketing specialists in campaign coordination, project management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for marketing requests from various TDC departments or partners.
• Participate in competitive monitoring to identify market trends and propose continuous improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, or in a related function involving responsibilities in social media, digital content, or marketing support.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and excellent command of design tools such as Canva.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic knowledge of the travel industry is an asset.

*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
