About the Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Connecteam, you will be crucial in supporting our dynamic marketing team across various disciplines. This position is ideal for someone with a strong "can-do" attitude, a passion for growth, and a willingness to get hands-on with various marketing tasks. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by conducting research, creating engaging landing pages, and helping generate essential marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web & Landing Page Implementation
Support the creation and publishing of website and landing pages, ensuring accurate and timely execution across platforms.

• Community Engagement Support
Monitor and manage acquisition-related comments across paid and organic channels to enhance audience interaction and feedback loops.

• Marketing Materials Implementation
Upload and distribute video content and other marketing assets across relevant channels, maintaining consistency and brand standards.

• Asset Maintenance & Accessibility
Update and organize marketing assets, processes, and documentation to ensure team-wide access and up-to-date information.

• Cross-Functional Marketing Support
Provide hands-on support across various marketing initiatives, campaigns, researches and day-to-day team operations as needed.

• Production & Logistics Management

Oversee the operational side of marketing productions - including company giveaways, branded client gifts.

Qualifications:

• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a hands-on approach to getting things done.

• Basic experience with WordPress and a general understanding of SEO principles (a strong plus).

• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively within a team environment.

• Manages multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.

• Learns quickly, adapts fast, and thrives when working independently.
