Marketing Coordinator/Physician Liaison

Total Rehab Kids is seeking an experienced, professional, and relationship-driven Physician Liaison / Marketing Coordinator to support our pediatric therapy clinic in Weslaco and the surrounding areas. This role is critical to building and maintaining strong referral relationships with physician offices and community partners. The ideal candidate is confident in a medical environment, highly organized, and skilled at developing long-term professional relationships that support patient access and clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with physician offices and healthcare providers

Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources within assigned territory

Coordinate referral paperwork, including delivery, pickup, and follow-up to ensure timely patient scheduling

Identify and develop new referral sources and growth opportunities

Represent Total Rehab Kids professionally in the medical and local community

Track outreach activity and referral trends

Assist with social media coordination and community outreach efforts

Support clinic growth initiatives aligned with company goals

Qualifications

Healthcare marketing, physician liaison, medical office, or related experience preferred

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Professional communication and presentation skills

Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through

Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)

Experience working with physician offices, referral coordinators, or therapy clinics

Experience as a Physician Liaison, Medical Marketer, or Healthcare Outreach Coordinator

Knowledge of referral processes and medical office workflow
