Who We Are:
We’re a results-driven company looking to innovate the way the automotive industry does business online and in-store. We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to play a key role in driving customer retention and assisting the Marketing Department in day-to-day operations. Our successful candidate will work closely with the Club OpenRoad loyalty program and report to the Marketing Manager for Data & Retention.
Who You Are:
You have excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. You’re driven to find the marketing and customer experience strategies that drive customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. People describe you as a self-starter who can balance multiple tasks at once. You have experience working in marketing or communications, with some experience in a customer-facing role. You value being rewarded and recognized for your efforts.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a central Club OpenRoad loyalty program resource for internal and external customers
Answer customer points program questions
Answer dealership loyalty questions
Schedule in-person training sessions and update online training courses
Help plan and organize Club OpenRoad client events
Support Customer Marketing initiatives with insights and programs from loyalty
Assist with the deployment of campaigns sent through Marketing Automation Platforms and CRMs
Draft and proof content for newsletters, websites, social media
Generate reports – monthly loyalty and others
Monitor and code budgets
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
2 years experience in marketing administration or communications
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Great attention to detail
Strong writing and proofing experience
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks
ASSETS
Fluency in a second language is preferred. Specifically, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, and/or Punjabi
Familiarity with ESPs/MAPs such as Braze, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
Automotive industry experience is a plus
