About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating marketing initiatives to support brand visibility, lead generation, and overall business objectives. This role ensures all marketing activities are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and effectively coordinated across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Working closely with the COO, the position manages multiple projects simultaneously, including digital campaigns, vendor coordination, content development, and event support. The role also tracks marketing performance and provides regular reporting and insights to support continuous improvement and decision-making.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Execute marketing initiatives and campaigns in alignment with business priorities and timelines
Apply brand standards consistently across digital channels, supporting successful campaign execution and maintaining brand-compliant assets
Manage multiple marketing deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are consistently met
Coordinate and manage external vendors against defined scope, deadlines, and quality standards, resolving issues to prevent delays
Plan and execute social media campaigns, maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity across platforms
Coordinate industry conferences and events end-to-end, including booth setup, collateral, and supporting materials
Produce clear, accurate written communications, reports, and marketing content requiring minimal revisions
Track, summarize, and report on key marketing performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to leadership
Prepare and deliver weekly or periodic status reports outlining progress, risks, timelines, and upcoming priorities
Monitor marketing spend against budget, including processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking
Coordinate branded merchandise and promotional items, including inventory tracking and replenishment
Support cross-functional collaboration with leadership, sales, and operations to align marketing efforts with business needs
Qualifications
Education
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Experience
2–4 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or a related role
Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, campaigns, or content development
Experience coordinating vendors, projects, or cross-functional initiatives
Familiarity with social media platforms, basic analytics, and marketing tools preferred
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
No specific certifications required
Digital marketing or related certifications considered an asset

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to work in a standard office environment with extended periods of sitting, computer use, and screen time. The position involves frequent use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment to manage communications and marketing deliverables. Occasional movement between office, warehouse, or event areas may be required. The incumbent must be able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, such as marketing materials or promotional items.
Work Conditions
This position operates primarily in an office environment with regular interaction across departments and external vendors. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting with shifting priorities. Occasional travel or attendance at events, conferences, or operational sites may be required. Work hours generally follow standard business hours, with flexibility needed during peak campaign periods or event support.
