About The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Events Coordinator to join our growing marketing team at Verve, one of the world’s leading adtech companies. This role will support the execution of our global events strategy as well as general marketing functions. This role is central to bringing our brand to life across industry conferences, client events, hosted experiences, and partner activations.
As Event Coordinator, you’ll work closely with marketing and sales to deliver high-impact events that strengthen relationships, elevate brand presence, and support business growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and takes pride in creating polished, high-touch experiences.
What You Will Do
The Event Coordinator’s responsibilities will support a range of external and internal event initiatives, including:
• Support planning and execution of industry conferences, trade shows, client dinners, happy hours, and hosted experiences
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, travel, shipping, signage, and branded materials
• Manage timelines, project trackers, and budgets across multiple events simultaneously
• Partner with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to align event plans with client and revenue goals
• Coordinate invitations, RSVP tracking, guest lists, and attendee communications
• Assist with sponsorship deliverables, partner activations, and on-site branding requirements
• Manage vendor communication, contracts, and invoices
• Support creation and production of event collateral, swag, and signage
• Assist with on-site execution including setup, registration, and guest experience
• Track event details, recap notes, and post-event reporting
• Maintain internal event calendars, documentation, and process workflows
You will also support with administrative and reporting tasks, such as: submitting vendor invoices, tracking spend and general marketing team tasks.
