As a Marketing Coordinator at DeviantArt, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless collaboration between our marketing, community, and product marketing teams. You’ll be responsible for managing campaigns, coordinating resources, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our overarching goals. In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Act as the primary liaison between the outbound marketing, community, and product marketing teams  

• Facilitate communication to ensure all groups are aligned on goals, timelines, and plans  

• Own, maintain, and enforce the master marketing calendar  

• Manage the prioritization of tasks based on business impact and deadlines  

• Provide the CRO with a high-level view of all active and upcoming campaigns  

• Monitor timelines, identify potential bottlenecks or issues, and escalate them to leadership with recommended solutions  

This role requires working evening hours with US teams 2–3 times a week. 

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a traffic coordinator role within a creative agency or tech company  

• Exceptional time-management skills, with a love for organization tools like spreadsheets and Gantt charts  

• Strong ability to communicate clearly with both creative teams (writers/designers) and business stakeholders (leadership/sales)  

• Experience with project management software like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello  

• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address risks before they become critical issues  

• Fluent English
